In order to be wholly effective, Bikram Yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis without long lapses in time between practices. A minimum commitment of 10 lessons in 30 days is asked of the student if the student is to derive maximum benefits from Bikram Yoga.


First-time students arrive 15 minutes early to register.
Classes are 90 minutes. Be prepared to work hard and sweat.
Women, wear lycra sports shorts, athletic bra tops, leotards. Men, wear lycra bike-style shorts or sports shorts.
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.
You must use a sticky mat (we rent and sell mats-- mats are free during your introductory period).
Bring bottled water and 2 towels. They are also available for purchase or rent at the studio.
